Returns Policy The Quantum Inquisitor is rather easy to learn, provided, as with everything, you practice. All the necessary tools are included in my Learning Package. Nothing else is necessary except to simply "get out of the way" which I describe and demonstrate in my Learning Package. I will support you every way I can, including unlimited email.
